Forecast: Auroral activity will be quiet. Weather permitting, quiet displays will be visible directly overhead in Yellowknife, Canada, northern Norway and Wrangel Island, Russia, and visible low on the horizon as far south as Fairbanks, Alaska, Rovaniemi, Finland and Cherskiy, Russia.
