To maximize the number of usable parking spaces and corresponding headbolt heater outlets, please park in the following patterns:

In the "old" parking lot between the Elvey Building and Arctic Biology, six vehicles use each outlet post. Three vehicles on each side of the island. One vehicle should be centered on the post, flanked by to other vehicles as shown in the picture.

The "new" parking lot south of the Akasofu Building and the WRRB partking lot has headbolt outlet posts servicing four vehicles, two on each side of the island. In this lot, drivers should park their vehicles either to the right or left of the posts, as shown.
