The McKinley Village/Denali Foundation study site will be run by Willie Karidis, the Executive Director of the Denali Foundation. Willie has been the Executive Director of the Denali Foundation since 1992. Since arriving in Alaska in 1981 Willie has done many things: carpenter, elementary school teacher in Fairbanks, filmmaker, miner and restaurant manager.
