Scout Lake

The ALISON study site in Sterling will be run by Allan Miller and his 6th grade students at Sterling Elementary School. Originally from upstate New York, Allan has been teaching in Alaska for 18 years, most of them in Sterling. He and his wife Joan are avid skiers and they are organizing the ski events for the Arctic Winter Games in Kenai in 2006.
