"Northern Lights Over Alaska" is a set of 6 slide strips, five slides each (Series A, B, C, D, E, and F), available for purchase at a cost of $2.50 per strip, plus shipping costs of $.50 per strip. Series A, B, C, E, and F are copyrighted by the authors to the Geophysical Institute, University of Alaska Fairbanks, and permission must be granted through the Institute. Series D are photos taken by Spacelab III, May 1985, and are public domain; no permission is needed for reproduction of Series D only; however, credit is appropriate. For the purchase of slides, contact:

• Credit line for photograph to read, "Photo by (author's name), Geophysical Institute, University of Alaska Fairbanks."
• No modifications or enhancements (electronic or otherwise) to original slides are permitted; only cropping of slide is permitted. To preserve scientific accuracy and not mislead the public, we ask that you not reverse the slide for publication.
• Letter of intent identifying which slides you intend to use and for what purpose, under the stated fee schedule and conditions for use.
• Written permission must be granted prior to publication; authorization is given after the above conditions are met and is for a one-time use only.
