Drupal Training
Design Services collaborates with the GI Computer Resource Center to provide free, entry-level and intermediate Drupal training for GI faculty, staff and students, to enable them to manage their own web pages on the Drupal-based GI website.

Training and Tech Support
Design Services staff are available to answer technical questions related to the services offered and provide support related to the Adobe Creative Suite of publishing and graphic design software.To help GI groups develop the ability to manage their GI web pages, Design Services collaborates with the Computer Resource Center to provide free Drupal training for GI faculty, staff and students.
GI Professor Emeritus Glenn Shaw pens autobiography
Glenn Shaw, GI Professor Emeritus of Physics and a fixture in these parts since 1971, has just written a memoir, Fingerprints on the Moon: My Life in Physics. It is available from the man himself or here.
Design Services offers AGU specials
Supporting the Geophysical Institute's hefty presence at the American Geophysical Union 2011 Fall Meeting, Design Services is offering the following special rates for poster printing:
Bring or upload posters by November 8 and rates will be $132 for a 4'x6' or $105 for a 3'x5' for poster printing. Other dimensions will be 15 percent off.

Graphic Design and Publications
Our graphic designers can create custom logos and illustrations for your program or project. We can assist with development of product and/or program branding, create website banners, and assist with publication design and development.
