[gse-aa] Auroral Alert

There was a small solar flare on the 14th.  The effects of this flare should
arrive at Earth on the 16th of January.  Ordinarily, this small flare would
not produce much auroral activity, but this time it is on the solar central
meridian (facing Earth) and the shock will arrive simultaneously with a high
speed solar wind stream.  Look for enhanced auroral activity at least in
Alaska, southern Scandinavia and Canada, and the Northern US perhaps
starting late on the night of the 15th and certainly by the 16th.
