Fred J. Calef III - PhD candidate in Geology, Planetary Geology - My primary research interest is in Mars and ice related features on that planet. Currently, I'm looking at enigmatic linear features (ELFs) on Mars that may be related to seasonal phase changes (freezing/sublimation) of near surface reservoirs of ground volatiles (possibly water, maybe carbon dioxide).
