Our primary responsibility is the processing and submitting of proposals.

The Geophysical Institute Proposal Office is committed to helping PIs submit the most professional proposals possible. We provide assistance in all phases of proposal preparation.

All proposals and pre-proposals from all GI staff, faculty and administration have to be reviewed by GI proposal coordinators prior to having the GI cover pages and the UAF routing forms signed by the PIs, the GI director, and most especially prior to submission to funding agency.

We also provide:

• Preparation and editing of a variety of manuscripts upon request.
• Preperation and design of newsletters, flyers, announcements and
  other documents.
• Supply of colored paper, transparencies, cover stock, binding supplies, and laminator supplies.
• Copy and fax services.
