- Parking on the UAF campus
On weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., parking permits are necessary to park your vehicle on the UAF campus. Visitors will find metered parking spots available in front of the Elvey Building, home of the Geophysical Institute.
In addition, hourly, daily and weekly passes are available for purchase at kiosks in each parking lot or through the Passport parking app. For more information, click the links below.

Coffee, snacks and lunch will be provided for meeting participants. There will be a group dinner on Wednesday, June 11; details pending.

The planning team has secured a room block at Springhill Suites Marriott with a room rate of $319/night.
There is a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. Springhill Suites is approximately 5.5 miles from the Geophysical Institute.
Reservations are being made based on the information participants provided in the meeting Google Doc. You will receive an email with your confirmation number and instructions for how to add your credit card to the reservation.
