Recent Unscheduled Interruptions

20241007.0654 20241009.0945 A storage controller failure on oss07 caused a lost of access to several of CENTER1 OSTs. Files or portions of files are no longer available.
20241004.2000 20241005.1400 A hardware failure in the disk subsystem caused the central storage server to crash/reboot last night. Disk servers & storage server were cleaned up & file shares remounted this morning.
