Auditorium – 214 Elvey
Stage, podium, projector, screen, whiteboard. Seats 92
Globe Room – 215 Elvey
Users must clean up tables, chairs, floors, and empty trash cans. This is GI's showroom to the public and is used often; therefore, the room must be left in good condition.
Set up, cleanup, and returning the room to a standard arrangement must be considered in scheduling requests.
Our receiving team will set up and reset the furniture in the Globe Room.
Please let us know in advance if any specific setup is required so we can schedule accordingly.
Conference Room – 616 Elvey
Zoom capabilities. Owl is available for use. Seats 12
Lactation and Wellness Room – 609 Elvey
This wellness room is open to employees of the GI as well as other units in WRRB. The purpose of this room is to provide privacy for individuals who require it. This room is available in 30-minute or 60-minute blocks.
Priority is given to individuals who require the space for lactation purposes.
Meeting spaces are also available for booking in the Mather Library and other areas in the Akasofu Building. Contact Mather for their room reservations at uaf-gi-library@alaska.edu and book meeting rooms in Akasofu at IARC Conference Rooms.
